Seifert Racing Team (SRT) have revealed their 2023 challenger in a special event. Britta Schiffer: "Ladies and gentlemen, The SEIFERT RACING TEAM is presenting the first car in the team's history to you today."
Applause from the journalists and audience present Britta Schiffer: "Of course, we're all excited about the cars, but I'm also very excited about the interview with Roy Seifert. First of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Britta Schiffer. I am very pleased that I can be the host for this presentation here today, of course we are not just anywhere, but in a very special place. The Nürburgring. I couldn't think of a better place for a car presentation than at this legendary circuit. But before we get to the car, I would like to speak to the man without the team would not even exist. Welcome Roy!" Roy Seifert: "Hello everyone" Britta Schiffer: "What can you say about the car and the preparation for the new season? I think it's been a tough few months, right?" Roy Seifert: "Yes, of course, less than 6 months have passed since the team was founded, very little time to find the right staff, the right drivers and the right sponsors. Above all, our development direction was the most difficult to decide. I hope that we can look back positively on the first year at the end." Britta Schiffer: "We all hope so, I assume. While you're on the topic of drivers. What can you say about the cooperation with everyone so far?" Roy Seifert: "The team first has to grow together over the season. Everyone is new, they only know each other on the track, now they have to work together. Jean and Danilo will get along well: experience on the one hand, young potential on the other. That will complement each other perfectly! Jean is in his last year, he has no pressure from the team. Everyone knows that he is a good driver, he will show that, I am sure. Unfortunately, we only had Danilo last season 6 races seen, I give him the chance to show his strength here, even if it will probably be very difficult. In Karl we have a solid reserve driver. He's in a bit of a crisis at the moment, but better days will come again. Recently his results in the eVirtual were not good, he is getting stronger with our support and can certainly help us with the development. With Timo we have a young, talented German. It was important to me to sign at least one German as a youth driver. German motorsport has had to suffer quite a bit in recent years. A lot will change in the next few years, and I want to be part of this change. That's why I'm giving Timo the chance to reach his potential with support so that we can see him in FV in a few years." Britta Schiffer: "I think that applies to everyone! We will be excited about the next few years and what successes the team can achieve! I have one more question for you: What can you tell us about the paintwork before we do it see?" Roy Seifert: "Thank you Britta! The livery is a mixture of our team colors and those of our sponsors, especially Bitburger. We have found a good partner for the next few years; I am sure that we all outdid each other with the paintwork. Many thanks to Bastian Paisler, our Head of Livery Design. But now it's time to present the first SRT car to you all! And here it is: the RS-01-P!".
