Every team has unveiled their 2022 challenger, apart from Ocelot, and thus the season is expected to kick off within the next few weeks. The season will begin at the Fuji Speedway for the second year running and will end in Mexico. Series CEO, Nic Morley, told reporters that he was 'pumped' for the season ahead. "I am looking forward to this season and I think the teams, drivers, and fans should be too. We have some new regulations in the way of tyre compound changes and the recently revealed changes to the cars ride height which should create a fantastic spectacle for the fans. We have some driver moves that I myself will be keeping an eye on this year. We will compete at the first street circuit in Formula Virtual history in the way of Adelaide, and also of course following that up with Detroit later on in the year. Brno is another circuit which will make it's debut on the calendar this year and I have no doubt that all three of these circuits will provide fantastic racing. Overall I am just pumped for the season ahead and I can't wait to see how it all unfolds once we reach Japan", said Morley. It was also confirmed from the FVA that fans should expect a much better quality of audio in races this year.
