TSB NAMED AS TITLE SPONSOR
Bank TSB has signed onto be the title sponsor for the team with the deal rumoured to be lasting for many seasons to come. It is expected the deal came as a replacement for the rumoured Vodafone title sponsorship courtesy of new driver Lewis Ellington.
The team will be known as TSB TEAM PEUGEOT
VODAFONE EXPLAIN TITLE SPONSOR COLLAPSE
Vodafone have confirmed the denied the initial plan to be title sponsor as they did not want to commit to the deal for seasons to come. Peugeot are looking for a long running partnership, we were not in a position to offer it. A small Vodafone logo is still expected to appear on the car.
ALLEN LEDESMA WILL REMAIN AS TEAM DEPUTY
Despite his brother, Giani Ledesma, leaving the team to join Fun F1. Allen Ledesma has insisted he will remain with the team in capacity as Deputy Team Principal.
PEUGEOT BUDGET LASTS TWO YEARS
Peugeot have revealed the team could last two years without a sponsorship deal. While this is possible the team have revealed that the movement would put the team in danger financially if they do not succeed, hence the new deal from TSB.
