Joining Shane, as Deputy Team Principal for 2023, will be Luca Gray. Luca has built a successful team in Gray Autosport who have achieved good results since being formed in 2020. We are excited to welcome Luca into the team.” The statement from Luca Gray is as follows “First of all, I’d like to thank Shane for bringing me on to this new project, and giving me the opportunity to be involved with a project such as this. It’s a great honour to be working with a legendary name like Lamborghini and I hope that my skills from running Gray Autosport will help us achieve so much together. I would also like to add that with this, Gray Autosport will be a full factory Lamborghini team, which will aid the progress of Lamborghini in the Virtual Racing world and enable us to develop young talent and technologies to bring to FV.” Things are now taking shape at Lamborghini Squadra Corse who now have a clear management structure: Aldo De Lucia as CEO of Lamborghini Squadra Corse in FV, Shane O’Connell as Team Principal and Luca Gray as Deputy Team Principal.
