A provisional race calendar for the 2019 Formula Virtual season has been revealed with a few changes from 2018. Albert Park will once again host the season opening Australian V-Prix while Sao Paulo will host the season closing Brazilian V-Prix. The South African V-Prix will make it's return to the sport for the first time since 2015 where Kyalami hosted the only South African V-Prix in the series history. The Turkish V-Prix will be dropped after just three years, to the dismay of Adrien Simon who has won every race there so far. Hockenheim will leave the series after hosting the German V-Prix since the series inception. The Nurburgring will be it's replacement, however the choice of layout is yet to be decided. Paul Ricard will also leave the series after hosting the French V-Prix since 2015. Magny-Cours will instead make it's return to the sport for the first time since 2014. Indianapolis and Detroit are both listed to host the United States V-Prix, as it is believed negotiations are still ongoing on which track will be selected. Likewise with the Italian V-Prix, as Monza and Imola are both listed. The Bahrain V-Prix will once again be held at night, like the upcoming 2018 event which will make it Formula Virtual's first every night race. The 2019 season, much like 2018, is expected to begin in early April and end in early December. Estoril will once again be the host of four days of pre-season testing. There is no Young Driver Test planned. See below for the provisional race schedule for 2019: 1. Australian V-Prix (Albert Park) 2. Japanese V-Prix (Fuji) 3. Chinese V-Prix (Shanghai) 4.
