By Denholm Reynolds, 29th June 2022 After the news from the FVA announcing that Highwind will be disqualified from the French V-Prix this weekend, due to a delay in the team's equipment arriving to the track, the team have confirmed why the team will not be taking part as a team in the team event this weekend. "Ahmed's sick," commented John Doe, CEO of the entire racing team. "It's probably Covid, he thinks somethings crawling up his throat. I'd say it's his brains but that would imply he has them."\n
"Anyway yes, Kimi was attending to him and we had a bit of a mess trying to organise anything. In fairness to the kid he was pretty apologetic about it afterwards but it is what it is. We'll be back in Britain."\n Doe refused to answer any questions in regards to the so called "Xylanditis". Rumours spread by a man named Ameech Demha say that Cheema is actually suffering from this rare condition, caused by cheering for the Belgian driver Thierry Xylander, who currently races for Highwind. Sympthoms include being a certified fan of Xylander and believing he is the best on the grid. Doe simply gave the kind of look you see on a parent when their child won't stop being a dumbass.\n It is still a heavy blow for Highwind, though France has never been their best hunting ground. Eyes will move towards Silverstone, where they hope to get closer to points scoring pace as they are set to escape Q1 for now. Eyes will also be on whether Cheema recovers from Covid or Xylanditis.
