News tonight around the paddocks confirms the rumours set out about a month ago towards the completion of the 2022 season. The 22 year old driver that made their debut into the scene with Highwind last year has penned a contract signing him to the German outfit until the end of the season, and the team remain confident of a further deal, should the right performances arise during the season.
Alongside him remains now-experienced driver Yakumi Takahashi, who should remain the number one driver in the team's hierarchy this season, a more communcative and developmental outlook being taken on Daniel for 2023 at least, with looks to refine the raw skill he's shown against Xylander in the completed season, and his numerous succesful youth category drives. Team principal Ben Farrell reiterated the team's confidence in the young pole to become 'something really successful' in the world of Formula Virtual, and backed him to challenge Yakumi Takahashi for what could be hoped as an important season for the team , with Ben stating personally that 'many loved teams and brands have left the sport, but the goal was to stabilise and finish above those new teams heading into the season'. Daniel, being the VERS 2018 champion and 2019 VWRS runner-up, brings a wealth of winning experience to the team, although currently with 0 FV points to his name, has stated he is optimistic of scoring many in the upcoming season, and is quietly confident in the team's ability as he witnesses the development progress into 2023.
