Kazuki Armos has hit back at the recent rumours surrounding the eventual introduction of another new team.
Armos has stated that the only way to bring in another team would be if one of the current teams pulled out.
"13 teams is too many. At the many we have a good sized grid, one good enough for enjoyable competitive racing. We only do small races, we are not an endurance series, we should limit the team limit to 12 otherwise we will just have cars in the way. I don't want to see more than 24 cars on the grid."
Armos has also insisted that the rumoured idea of chosen team numbers should go ahead.
"It would allow teams to have a choice of a number of significance to them. Choosing our car numbers would be good".
Armos also confirmed the rumours that Peugeot will return to the IJGPC next season.
