Following the results of the French GP, Ocelot's Rai Miyamoto had the following to say. ''I feel like we did the best, we could today, the results aren't going our way as of recent in terms of trying to close the gap on our rivals. Granted we are extremly privileged to have picked up points this season but we just wished for something better during this race but luck wasn't on our side.
Following the race, rumor's began to run wild that Hugh Dwyer would indeed be dropped for the British GP and now Ocelot has confirmed that these rumors are indeed true. ''We want to first of all, confirm that Dwyer has not been dropped from the team permanently nor has his contract been terminated, we are instead for the next race just going to be trying something different.'' Said Rai Miyamoto. British driver Scott Parsons who was original meant to partner Judson SIkes, has now been given the opportunity to race in front of his home fans for the Ocelot team following his impressive performances at Meteor. ''We will now be able to give fans what we promised at the start of the season, pitting Parsons and Sikes against one another, its the first time this season our original duo will be race together and I hope we can please the fans.'' When approached by the media, Scott Parsons seemed quite pleased to once more be given the chance to drive for the Ocelot team. ''Its unfortunate for Hugh, to be dropped for this race but I can assure you both the team and I were happy with his performances. I was approached early on when I was replaced and the team promised me that I would be given a chance to prove myself once more at the British GP.'' The broadcasters of the recent French V Prix are standing by their commentary team of Bradley Downton and Harry Westwood following a controversial race commentary saw 3,500 formal complaints be registered with the official complaints broadcasting house for euphemistic language and the repeated use of innuendo prior to 9pm.
