After 11 races, both maiden eVirtual titles are up for grabs – in the drivers’, Brock Kidd starts sixth, but only needs two points to win the championship, while rival Oleksandr Zozulya, who needs to win, starts tenth. Both of their teams are also in the running for the teams’ title – Downton have an 11-point lead over Jaguar, with the former’s Kip Maxwell lining up eight and the latter’s Will Taylor fourth. But at the front, it’s not the title contenders, but Alexander McLaughlin and Jochem van Snelheid who will lead from the start.

After a ridiculous run of 5 pole positions in a row, Brock Kidd was unable to wrap up the championship on Saturday as he could only manage 6th in final qualifying session of the season. In his place, an epic 5 way battle for pole took place - with the 5 drivers separated by less than a tenth at the end of it.
After the monsoon like conditions in Brazil, the sun was out for the American eV-Prix. And if the sun were shining on anyone, it was Brock Kidd – the home hero, who could wrap up the championship today, starts on pole ahead of Maserati’s Felipe Cesar and Ryota Yoshida.
After making his Formula Virtual debut in testing earlier this week, Brock Kidd stamped his authority in the eVirtual title fight with a pole at home, in stark contrast to his rivals at Jaguar who had their worst qualifying of the season. There were other surprises as well, most notably Nakley’s Rodrigo Sanchez who stunned with 5th.
Three weeks, three races, one title – that was the stakes for the drivers as they arrived in Brazil earlier. Brock Kidd took yet another pole position, but with the race taking place in torrential wet conditions, it’s anyone’s race to win, especially with home hero Felipe Cesar starting 2nd.

With the season entering its final phase, the eV grid lined up in Marrakesh with plenty on the line. Brock Kidd starts on pole as he looks to close in further on Oleksandr Zozulya for the championship lead. Felipe Cesar lines up 2nd as he also looks to try and get himself back into the title fight, while the two Jaguars start slightly further behind as they look to recover and preserve the team’s title lead.
