Official classification from the 2022 United States eV-Prix. As the chequered flag fell on another season of eVirtual, it was Leo Brzyski - one of two graduates from eV2 last year - who took the final honours of the season after a brilliant weekend from the OSM driver. Karl Beckenbauer followed him across the line in second place with Marcus Thunder bringing his Downton home in third - which turned out to be enough to take the World Championship by four points from Jaguar's van Snelheid, prompting mass celebrations in the Downton garage.
Felipe Cesar finished the season strongly with a fourth placed finish, ahead of van Snelheid who was distraught but did congratulate Thunder in the pen afterwards. Thunder's sister, Kiara, finished sixth ahead of Brynildsen, Matthews, McLaughlin and Vocquelin. Drake Davies performed admirably once again for Thunderhead, finishing thirteenth and battling with arguably much quicker cars throughout, while polesitter Kip Maxwell's race unfortunately ended prematurely when the Brit crashed late on.
