Official c;assification from the 2022 Mexican eV-Prix. Championship hopeful Alexander McLaughlin led the field home with a fairly comfortable drive which saw the New Zealander take the chequered flag with an almost 20 second gap back to second placed Sam Hudson. Aron Einarsson completed the podium for Manziel after starting from pole. Lewis Ellington secured another great points finish for SininenTuuli Audi as the British driver finished a magnificent fifth, ahead of ARROW's Davenport and the Renault pair of Kiara Thunder and Milkovich. Kip Maxwell salvaged ninth place on an otherwise grim day for Downton, with Ryota Yoshida rounding out the points places - ensuring Maserati came away from Mexico with a reassuring double points finish. McLaughlin's title rivals - Marcus Thunder and Jochem van Snelheid - had their races ended prematurely as the pair got caught up in a collision with Dominykas Zvironas early on in the race, meaning we will head into the final race of the season with just two points separating three drivers as they aim to become the 2022 eVirtual World Champion.
