Series CEO Bradley Downton has this evening announced a number of regulations for the upcoming maiden IndyVirtual season.
The category is due to get underway in 2017 with a maximum capacity 26 car grid comprising of eleven different teams competing in eighteen races across eleven different countries, with the series primarily being based in America.
Indy Virtual's second Canadian team, ''Cerberus Motorsport'' have revealed that they plan on challenging for the title in the new series. Team Principle ''Jack Dice' went on to to say. ''The series is completely new, meaning everyone has the potential to aim for the title. We'd be absolutely crazy not to even think about it. We think the team has so much potential here.
When questioned on drivers, he went on to say. ''Oh yes, well we have a couple of people who have really caught our eye, it would be fantastic to get Canadian driver on the team but we are pretty accepting of anyone who has the talent. But we shall see once the market opens up.''
