Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada The Signature Competition team have announced their 2018 driver lineup for next season's IndyVirtual, along with the sponsors that will be adorned on each of the team's four cars following the rule change that only requires that teams run "the same base design" on each car. As of yet, the full livery for each car has not been revealed. Driver 1: Keith Murphy (CAN): #7 Molson Dry Signature Performance - Chevrolet Staying with the team from 2017 after a strong year including a victory in Sebring, local hero Murphy will be hoping to be the pride of Canada once more in 2018, with the colours of the car reflecting those of Canadian brewery powerhouse Molson Dry. Driver 2: Alexander McLaughlin (NZL): #19 Credit Agricole Signature Performance - Chevrolet After racing for Signature with Holden backing in Surfer's Paradise and being scheduled to do so again at the second Australian round at the Calder Park Thunderdome, international banking group Credit Agricole's distinctive green and red colours will be on the New Zealander's car for 2018. Driver 3: Kip Maxwell (GBR): #96 Air France Signature Performance - Chevrolet Having raced for Lancashire in the 2017, the former DS Mathershaw driver comes at the recommendation of the Anglo-French FV team, with the mutual backing of Air France also indicating the close ties the two teams share. In addition, the British driver brings operational staff from his time in FV, potentially stacking the cards in his favour compared to the rest of the team. Driver 4: Stuart Harrison (USA): #22 McDonalds Signature Performance - Chevrolet In arguably the biggest coup of the season for Signature, they have signed Stuart Harrison - another FV star to cross the Atlantic to race in IndyVirtual. In addition, the American driver will be racing in the colours of one of the most iconic brands in American culture - McDonalds. It's clear Signature are taking the 2018 IndyVirtual season very seriously, while also promising to inject a flurry of colour to the grid. The remainder of the 2017 season will see FV champion Adrien Simon racing in the final triple crown event in the 22 car, while Alexander McLaughlin will be in for Calder Park as mentioned before. Jamie Gerrard gets the car back for the final round, which looks to be a last hurrah with the team, for now at least.
