Brandon, who has spent the last two seasons at FV2 outfit Phoenix Motorsport, had this to say about his appointment ”I’m thrilled with the opportunity to be honest! The last couple of years in FV2 have taught me a lot and I feel like I’ve really grown as a person. I can’t wait to test myself against the very best in IndyVirtual with Lancashire Racing Team.”
Alex Wright meanwhile, has been competing in the Formula Virtual World Racing Series, previously known as the Formula Single Seater Championship, for the last three years. He had a solid first season racing for Wayne Corini Racing in 2014, but was consistently outperformed over the next couple of seasons by teammate Brock Kidd. Alex said in a recent interview ”I was actually a little shocked when Lancashire Racing Team approached me about the seat for 2017 as my last couple of years haven’t been my best. However I firmly believe that I can really kickstart my career now in IndyVirtual, and I want to show the boss that he made the right decision.”
