American Engineering have announced their full 2018 IndyVirtual line-up this evening, with championship contender Brock Kidd being retained alongside Luke Stokey, while the pair will be joined by rookie Dmytro Kovalenko.
"We are delighted to announce that both Brock and Luke will remain with the team next season," announced team principal Hank David. "Brock has been incredible and has our full support in his bid for the championship, while Luke has bounced back brilliantly from his disappointing year in FV2 last season to have a very solid campaign."
"Unfortunately we will be parting company with Mikko however. His performances have not been as we expected and we feel we need a different third driver to continue to push at the front. As such, we are pleased to announce that Dmytro Kovalenko will join us for his first IndyVirtual season in 2018."
"I am excited for this chance," commented Kovalenko. "I look forward to season and am excited to get going. Thank you to Hank for opportunity."
David added: "Brock and Luke will remain in the same cars next season, while Dmytro will drive the number eight."
