AMR’s talented Formula Virtual driver Felix Beyer has joined Kannan GP for the inaugural IndyVirtual season and will make his debut in the triple crown races, the only events he will compete in for this season. After a promising start to things in the series, by topping the timesheets during testing on several days, the Mexican outfit hope to slow things down and build a solid platform to improve on. The team still has the aim to challenge for victories this season, and signing Beyer gives it it that chance for the three pivotal races of the year.
’I’m delighted to confirm my debut in the IndyVirtual series for 2017. It looks like a promising series and I’m elated to help it improve. Kannan GP is a very professional team and showed strong in FV2 last season and looks quick already in this series. Perhaps one day if they make it to FV they could be an option, who knows’. So that’s all the news on the Kannan GP team heading into the year. Lewis Ellington and Hiroto Nakamuya form our explosive main team and Felix Beyer will be on the sidelines for several races and compete in the triple crown races too.
