The Lopez FV Team have taken their new car to be shown off to the public for the first time at the Circuit Automobile de Dijon-Prenois, the most recent circuit to hold the Swiss Grand Prix. 2015 Champion Elroy Wagner and James Harding were on hand to open up the garage as the car waited behind closed doors. The assembles media flooded the pitlane all to try and get the best shot of the new Lopez car. Before the garage was opened, Dylan Lopez had this to say. "We've all learned from our 2016 campaign and we know what it takes now to stay up the front. Once this little fella in the garage gets going we believe there is no reason why we cannot get to the top and stay there. I now present to you the new car for 2017, the DL-02. Elroy, James, feel free to lift the garage doors." So they did, and these are what greeted the public. As the media began scrapping to take the 'perfect shot', out of the back of the garage appeared Viktor Ӧstberg in his overalls, as he proceeded to hop into Harding's car and have engine fired up for some shake down laps. The Lopez team had organised some cameraman to capture some shots of the car as it sped around Dijon-Prenois. Harding and Wagner were even spotted sharing a laugh in hope their reserve driver wouldn't bin the car, thankfully he brought the machine back in one piece.
