Ingram V-Prix have today unveiled the car they hope will power them to success this season, as well as revealing the name chosen by the fans. "We are pleased to showcase our new car" team principal William Ingram told a small crowd, "last year was a real return to form and we hope that 2019 can be as successful as 2018". "As you all know we conducted a fan poll to decide what our chassis name would be, but despite using modern democratic resources we ended up with a tie, or having to randomly choose a name to take out for the next round of voting. As a result we simply used the results as if it were an FV point scoring system. As a result, we are pleased to show you the IGP Merlin!" Jean Mattson and James Vasquez pulled back the sheets to reveal the new Ingram. "Following the positive reception to the retro Ingram shown at the 100th GP special, we have decided to return to our green and white roots. We are also welcoming aboard a few new sponsors, Rio have entered a multi year partnership for a sidepods, Spitfire Ale are on our rear wing and Penguin clothing return after their absence in 2018."
"As announced earlier we are also supporting the RSPB this season and their logo is displayed on the nose cone". See below for a full gallery:
