Ingram have today finally confirmed the paddock rumour that they have resigned Frenchman Jean Mattson on a one year contract.
In a short press conference earlier today, Ingram expressed his delight at signing "one of the best drivers in Formula V", stating "I'm ecstatic that Jean has agreed to continue to drive for us, I have no doubt that he is extracting the maximum from this car and that barring any more mechanical faults we will start to climb the constructors championship".
Mattson himself also seemed happy to continue, claiming "Ingram are a great team, race winners in the past, and I believe that this is the place to be for both this season and next season. I hope that we can finish a few more races and maybe a podium and some point would be nice"
Ingram also pointed out that Mattson compared favourably to current points leader Elroy Wagner when the two were team mates at Team 23.
