After a controversial point in the season where one of the teams left the championship as they felt the series had developed an inflated sense of it's importance, the IJGPC has taken this on board, and although it is far too late in terms of losing Peurteor, it is hoped they may reconsider joining again next season. As for this year, it has been decided the next round in Hungary will become the third from last race of the season, with only the Indianapolis and Pau rounds remaining, before there will be a major rebrand, which will see the championship administration change, with the series promotor Robert Mathershaw forming a committee, Grand Prix Organisations, that will be headed by Nic Morley, and his hope is that this brand will be responsible for the F1FVGPC, IJGPC and the new EJGPC. The final details will be announced at the end of the season, after the Pau event. QUALIFYING
