Meteor have confirmed that images leaked earlier of what seems to be the next Peugeot Grand Prix car are legitimate. Deputy Team Principal, Summer Chambers confirmed the news and said while this will be the livery most likely present on the car, it will be tidied up. The team are expected to bid on a French pay driver at the end of the season who may well bring more French sponsors to the team. At present the sponsors present on the car are of French oil giant, Total, French water company, Badoit and of French bank, BNP PARIBAS, of course the Peugeot logo features on the car. It appears the BNP PARIBAS has taken the role of title sponsor. This capacity was rumoured to be taken by LG Electronics. Chambers also said this was an unconfirmed rumour and that while talks did take place about sponsorship, no deal ever came to light. Chambers also confirmed again that the team will not confirm their drivers until the end of the season, there is a slight chance that they may make a decision a few races before the season ends though about one of the drivers, this is still unlikely though.

I thought it would've been blue, like in the Prost-Peugeot days.
