TF1 are proud to announced they have commissioned a new 10 episode documentary about upcoming team Peugeot Grand Prix. The series will be entitled 'In The Fast Lane', an official French title will be announced by TF1 at a later date. The series will show the fans what happens within the factory off season as well as explore the less well know parts of the team. Interviews with team members and drivers will be present to incorporate as much as possible to intrigue the viewers as to what happens in the team. BBC have also confirmed they shall start to air the series on BBC 3 with the English title, In The Fast Lane, prior to the next season starting. It is expected that the series will feature minimal French features with English subtitles as many features will be re-recorded for British viewing.
Peugeot also announced plans to run track days in a GP2 car as of next season. It was announced earlier that Peugeot will enter under the guise Peuteor. The car will be adapted to be a two seat car and will be driven by either race drivers or test drivers*. For British citizens they will be able to by passes to the experience through the Peugeot Grand Prix website from December 16th and will be able to use the passes at select dates** at Silverstone Circuit***. The experience in the United Kingdom will cost £130. While in France, passes can also be purchased at the Peugeot Grand Prix website from December 18th and used at selected dates** at Magny Cours.*** The experience in France will cost 160 Euros. * Driver availability is subject to change, information will not be announced until date of experience. ** Track availability subject to event and track layout subject to change. *** Experience Pass expires after 12 months.
