Team 23 has announced a partnership with airline holding company Air France-KLM, which will see KLM become the team's title sponsor for next season. Team principal Andae d'Hazorme calls the agreement a "significant step" in becoming a sustainable team. "The costs of running a team that is capable of winning races are sky high. Hence I'm very excited to have Air France-KLM as Team 23-Cosworth's title sponsor from next season onwards: if any company knows about 'sky high', it's these guys."
In the first season of F1F Virtual GP Championship, Team 23 chose not to have a title sponsor, but instead have a number of smaller sponsors. This change in policy might imply the Dutch team is in more financial trouble than they dare to admit. CEO of Air France-KLM Jean-Cyril Spinetta: "We are very excited about this new phase of involvement in motor racing. Team 23-Cosworth is a team with a passion for getting the most out of every situation, and I'm proud we as a company can be part of that."

So does this mean a blue livery instead of the Dutch orange livery?
