Shortly after the Chinese Grand Prix qualifying Fun F1 confirmed that Hugh Dwyer will be their second driver next season. The Canadian, who is currently driving for Lucas Wilson Sony GP, impressed a lot of people with his podium in Monza, and continued his great performances by qualifying third in China. Despite this, it looked like he would not be on the grid next season, but Fun F1's late decision to hire one more driver saved his career.
I am very pleased to announce that Hugh will drive for us next season. I think it's clear for everyone that he is a huge talent, and I'm sure that with the line-up of Hugh and Romano we will achieve great results. I would also like to thank Lee Fuller for his great efforts this year, and I'm sure that together with Giani he will be doing great job as our test-driver in 2014., said team-principal Dick Diceman. I'm very happy to drive for Fun F1 in 2014. I'm already looking forward to work with all the fantastic people in the team. I'm very grateful for the chance they give to me, and I will give my everything for the team. This team has great potential, and I'm sure that together with Romano we will surprise everyone next season, said the happy Canadian. This also means that Lee Fuller, who was promoted to Fun F1's second racing-driver in Montreal, will return to his original role as a test-driver in 2014. So Fun F1's complete line-up for next season is: Racing drivers: Hugh Dwyer Romano Agostinio Test-drivers: Lee Fuller Giani Ledesma
