Puccio Giodano impressed setting the third fastest lap time in his Rossi though as over two tenths away from Hoskins. It was a good session for Tumo Kinnumen and Westwood Racing as they set the fourth quickest time. Liverpool Grand Prix may have been slightly dissapiointed with their session; Adrien Simon and Karl Beckenbauer will line up fifth and sixth on the grid tomorrow.
Nathaniel Powers was seventh fastest in his Downton ahead of the Rossi of Enzo Domenicalli. For the first time both Ingram cars made it into the top ten. Nikolai Milkovich edged his teammate Diego Campos for ninth. Fun F1 could only manage twelfth and thirteenth in the hands of Romano Agostino and Diego Campos. Lewis Ellington was the highest placed Peugeot in a lowly fourteenth; ahead of the highest placed Team 23 of Eloy Wagner in fifteenth.
Carson Davenport was seventeenth fastest for Lucas, however his new teammate Kurtis Gardner could only manage twenty fourth and last on the grid. Felix Beyer set the twentieth quickest time for Force Australia, while Michal Kubat was the highest placed Warrior in twenty-first.
Things are looking good for Franklin F1 ahead of the race tomorrow. However Liverpool will be eager to improve on their grid positions and close in further of the championship leaders. Puccio Giodano and Tumo Kinnumen are well placed to have a shot of taking their teams first podium of the season.
While the weather forecast had predicted and all dry weekend earlier on in the week, it is now suggested the race may be effected by rain.
