So far the times from Rossi have seen them towards the top of the midfield, but Giodano's 1:23.902 sent him to the top today, over a tenth quicker than second placed Beckenbauer. It still wasn't the quickest overall from the test however, as it was slower than both of Ruiz's times, and Wagner's from day two. Elroy Wagner's 1:24.078 was good enough for third fastest on the final day, and quick enough to ensure Franklin ended the test with the first, second, third and sixth fastest times overall, an ominous result as the teams head down under for the opening V-Prix of the season. Jean Mattson injected some much needed positivity into the Ingram camp with the fourth fastest time after Milkovich's two miserable days, just ahead of fifth placed Carson Davenport. Lewis Ellington set a 1:24.701 to finish the day sixth, and ensure his best time from the test was over half a second quicker than new team mate Emma Wilson. Hiroto Nakumaya set a time less than a tenth quicker than Beyer's from day three to go seventh quickest, just ahead Nathaniel Powers in eighth, in a boost for the Downton team who have struggled so far. In ninth was Powers' 2013 Franklin team mate Will Hoskins, unable to repeat his third fastest time from day two. James Harding was tenth for Warrior, just ahead of rookie Stuart Harrison in the Meteor. After three days of consistent times, the second slowest time will not please team boss Kazuki Armos, who is after consistency following two seasons of very up and down results. Scott Parsons rounded out the times for Ocelot, three tenths off of Harrison on a day when it was announced his team mate for Australia will be Hugh Dwyer instead of the signed Judson Sikes. As the teams pack up and prepare for Melbourne, conclusions will be drawn from the test and rough ideas of the pecking order will be formed. But while the midfield looks the tightest it's been in the three seasons since the series started, the team at the top look further ahead than they've ever been. Full times from day four
