DS have ended practice for the Malaysian V-Prix occupying the top two spots, but much like Australia it was rookie Olen Inman who led the way, an impressive three quarters of a second clear of team mate Adrien Simon.
The closest non-DS car was Australia winner Johan Halvosen, albeit over one second down.
Puccio Giodano just missed out on the top ten as he and Ocelot team mate Karl Beckenbauer sandwiched Jean Mattson in the Ingram, with Romano Agostino leading the FUN battle behind ahead of Felix Beyer. Will Hoskins was seventeenth with Nathaniel Powers splitting the Westwood's while Judson Sikes was the best of the new teams in 20th. Douglas Bacon was just behind him with Downton's Marcus Thunder struggling in 22nd. Aleksy Nowosinki, Kiara Thunder, Arden Hutchinson and Aron Einarsson rounded out the times.
Today was good preparation for Qualifying tomorrow as conditions are expected to be very similar, warm and dry with no chance of rain.
