The team principals of the F1F Virtual Grand Prix Championship have listed their top ten drivers of the season. Based on their lists, it has created an overall top ten drivers list of the inaugural season of the F1F Virtual Grand Prix Championship.

Last night, during a typically flamboyant and star-studded affair, Lucas GP became the fourth team to unveil their car for the 2014 season.
After posting some teaser images last week Downton have finally unveiled the new BD02 in a launch at the teams headquarters in Amesbury. The car is the second to be built by the team but the first to feature their own engines. They will also be hoping it can earn them more than the sole podium and 10th place in the Constructors that the BD01 did. Downton have become the third team to unveil their challenger for the upcoming season, albeit not entirely. The team have released five teaser images of their new challenger - the BD02 - to get fans warmed up for the upcoming reveal of the car. The image left shows what we believe to be the nose cone featuring the all new 'Downton Engine' logo after the team decided to build their own - and supply to Championship challengers Team 23 - engines. It is believed the same logo will also appear on the new Team 23 car. Lewis Ellington has revealed that he is trying to escape from being known as a race driver involved in the Zyla scandal last year. The new Peugeot recruit insisted that he has undertaken many challenges over the past year to try and remove the Zyla acknowledgement from his name. Ellington also revealed that going into the coming season he is trying to remove some factors with related him to Zyla and Zyla Motorsport due to the scandal. He said, 'I had a very distinguishable helmet and people remembered it. I want to try and forget some of the negatives from the Zyla times and I know if people see that helmet in the Peugeot they are going to think of me as the Zyla guy not the Peugeot driver. Therefore, one of my biggest changes is my helmet! I am grateful for the victory that I took with Zyla Motorsport and the experience. However, it is not a time I am happy to have been involved in at times!' Lewis Ellington is the leading driver for Peugeot F1 Team and the team revealed the PGP-14 yesterday.
Peugeot F1 Team have unveiled their first challenger to compete in the F1F VGPC today. Peugeot have been teasing fans with an early release of images of the car that will be raced by Lewis Ellington and Regi Abott in the coming season.
Bradley Downton - team principal of Downton F1 - has today confirmed new World Champion Nathaniel Powers will join the team as of the season's final race in Mexico. He will join the British outfit for next season but it was highly anticipated that should he wrap the title up before the season's end he would make the move early. |
