2017 Starts the year with strong pace in Australia, however the Lopez falls to the mid field very quickly and thus makes it difficult for Wagner to score points. Does score points on just four occasions but a podium alludes him. Ends the season in a disappointing 17th place overall with 18 points.
2016 First three quarters of the season are awful for the reigning champion,unable to match his teammate but also making many mistakes; thus handed criticism from his own team. Ends year off surprisingly very strong with three wins in the final four races and 8th overall. Leaves Franklin for Lopez at seasons end.
2015 Despite unable to match the raw speed of champion teammate Enrique Ruiz, Wagner enjoys a much more consistent and lucky season claiming three wins and multiple podiums. Ends the year off as the 2015 World Drivers Champion after holding off his rapidly closing teammate.
2014 Has a disappointing season with the under powered 2014 Team 23 car. Second half of the season is stronger with multiple points finishes and a podium after a sensational drive at the Belgian V-Prix. Places 12th in the drivers championship. Signs with world championship Franklin for 2015.
2013 Wagner enjoys a strong season with flashes of speed and brilliance, claiming two wins, six podiums, and a solid chance for the title. Mistakes and inconsistency do eventually cost him, however finishes the season off with third overall.
